§ 37.01 AUTHORITY TO GRANT LICENSES AND FRANCHISES.

   The Board of Commissioners may grant licenses or franchises for the use of county property if they:

   (A)   Are not exclusive;

   (B)   Are of a definite duration; and

   (C)   Are assignable only with the consent of the county executive.
