§ 99.02 ENFORCEMENT.

(B) It shall be the duty of the County Prosecuting Attorney, to whom the County Sheriff’s Police shall report any violation of the provision of this chapter, to cause proceedings to commence against the person or business violating the provisions of this chapter in accordance with I.C. 34-28-5 et seq.
