(A) Parking spaces at all Laporte County Courthouse parking lots shall be designated or otherwise marked and reserved for county officials and employees in an amount and in such locations as deemed necessary and appropriate by the county.
(B) No person shall park in any parking space designated or otherwise marked and reserved in accordance with division (A).
(C) Any person in violation of this section shall be subject to a fine in the amount of $25, and the violator’s vehicle shall be towed at the violator’s expense.
