(A) The County Auditor is directed to set up a separate fund encaptioned “The Ted and Ruth Rohrabaugh Memorial Fund.”
(B) The fund is to be used exclusively for the restoration and preservation of the LaPorte County Home as directed by the County Board of Commissioners.
(C) Restoration and preservation will include not only the physical facility but also various expenditures necessary to enhance the quality of life for the benefit of individuals residing at the LaPorte County Home.
(D) The fund shall be used in addition to the usual and customary appropriation of funds by LaPorte County for the LaPorte County Home.
(E) The fund may be used for any further donations or gifts made to the county for use by the LaPorte County Home.
(F) The County Auditor will take all necessary steps to invest the funds for the use and direction by the County Commissioners.
