The County Auditor shall establish a continuing, non-reverting fund entitled the county Child Advocacy Fund. County Child Advocacy Fees collected by the County Clerk in accordance with I.C. 33-19-7-1(d) shall be deposited in the county Child Advocacy Fund. All balances remaining in this Fund at the end of the fiscal year shall not lapse into the county General Fund or be diverted directly or indirectly in any manner other than as set forth in I.C. 33-19-7-1(d).
