§ 36.17  PARKS AND RECREATION; NON-REVERTING OPERATING FUND.
   (A)   The County Council approves the establishment by the Parks and Recreation Board of a non-reverting operating fund for the following purposes:  as a depository for all receipts from recreational activities where the Parks Board determines a fee is necessary to provide the activity.
   (B)   Expenditures shall be made from this fund to cover expenses required to promote and provide recreational activities mentioned in the above section, and all expenditures shall be made by Parks Board appropriation in accordance with applicable state law and regulations.
   (C)   Monies procured from approved activities shall be deposited at least once each month with the Auditor.
   (D)   Money from the non-reverting operating fund may be disbursed only on approved claims allowed and signed by the President and Secretary of the Board.
