§ 36.03  VENDING PROFITS AND COMMISSIONS ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is established a special account, to be known as the Vending Profits and Commissions Account, which shall be under the joint supervision of the County Auditor and the County Treasurer.
   (B)   Any and all proceeds or profits from employee-operated vending machines as well as commissions paid by private, for-profit vending machine firms shall regularly be deposited into this account.
   (C)   As the need for disbursements arises, the President of the County Commissioners is empowered to make a request to both the County Auditor and the County Treasurer, who shall then execute a check in the requested amount by co-signing that instrument.
   (D)   All receipts and disbursements from the Vending Profits and Commissions Account shall be regularly itemized and maintained in a ledger available for public inspection and/or review.
