(A) The County Board of Commissioners adopts a policy of monitoring sub-agency recipients of federal funds. To this end, the Board of Commissioners agrees to monitor and, if necessary, audit any agency or institution receiving money through the County Board of Commissioners.
(B) (1) This monitoring, or audit, if necessary, shall occur a minimum of one time per calendar year.
(2) The Board of Commissioners may determine that more frequent inquiries and monitoring efforts are necessary, and in that case, conduct these reviews within their discretion.
