(A) The following permit fees are established for the erection of new cell towers, co-location of antennas on existing towers and the placement of antennas on existing structures for the propagation of cell phone signals:
(1) Construction of a new cell tower and accessory equipment under 199 feet in height - $2,000.
(2) Construction of a new cell tower and accessory equipment over 199 feet in height - $2,500.
(3) Co-location of an existing cell tower - $1,000.
(4) Placement on an existing structure shall be determined by the County Planner and/or the Building Department not to exceed $1,000.
(B) All fees collected by the County Building Department shall remain in that department’s Unsafe Building Fund.
