§ 157.096 REMOVAL OF ABANDONED WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES.

The holder of a permit for a wireless communications facility, or its successors or assigns, shall dismantle and remove the facility, and all associated structures, from the site and restore the site to as close to its original condition as is possible, if at any time the wireless communications facility has been abandoned for a period of 12 consecutive months.
