§ 35.19  INVESTIGATIONS.
   Upon receipt of a spill notification, the county Emergency Dispatch Center shall notify the county Emergency Coordinator of Hazardous Materials.  The county Emergency Coordinator, or his or her designate, shall investigate the spill report and shall determine the appropriate response.
