§ 35.03  EMERGENCY WATERCRAFT REGULATIONS.
   The Board shall identify the name of the lake(s) affected and the township where each is located, and may impose the following regulations and any other regulations deemed necessary by the Board:
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-10-2-3 and 36-1-3-1 through 36-1-3-9, it shall be unlawful for any watercraft to exceed ten miles per hour or to create a hazardous wake or wash.
   (B)   The County Highway Department shall post signs by the designated lakes, indicating it is unlawful to exceed ten miles per hour or to create a wake or wash, and shall post these signs at marinas and other public facilities in the lake area.
   (C)   The regulations shall remain in effect until such time as the emergency no longer exists or the lake(s) recede to the legal level of 796.20 MSL, or when the state Department of Natural Resources rescinds any administrative action regarding the emergency.
