§ 34.68  COMPLIANCE.
   These rules shall be construed to protect the substantive rights of interested persons, to meet appropriate due process standards, and to assure that the County Board of Commissioners complies with Section 504 ( 21 USC 794) and the Office of Revenue Sharing regulations.
