These agreements must be approved by ordinance and shall be binding upon the parties as to the percentage of annual basic gross subscriber revenues to be received by the county, pole rentals, furnishing of toll-free or extension line numbers to customers, safety standards, inspections, service requirements, indemnification, bond requirements, conditions of street occupancy, complaint procedures, rate procedures, assignment procedures, construction standards, access standards, and other related areas.
