(A) Parks staff and Board members should remember they represent the county Parks and Recreation Department. They should be as pleasant and helpful as possible. They should not lose their composure.
(B) Within 48 hours of an incident, a personal injury and/or incident report form shall be completed and turned in to the Superintendent.
(C) In the event of an injury or incident, the Parks Office should be notified immediately as soon as the situation is under control.
