§ 31.10  RANDOM DRUG TESTING.
   (A)   All employees who operate county vehicles will be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing.
   (B)   Each department will contract with an appropriate testing facility approved by the Board of Commissioners to conduct such random drug and alcohol testing.
