In the event any other emergency medical provider operates in LaPorte County in violation of this subchapter and without the permission of the Board of Commissioners and the LaPorte County EMS, such provider will be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,500 per day, per violation. In the event legal action is necessary to enforce the provisions of this subchapter to include payment of fines, the county may be entitled to all reasonable attorney fees, costs of litigation and the enforcement of this subchapter.
