§ 34.81  MAINTAIN AUTHORITY.
   To continue to maintain such authority, Emergency Medical Services must:
   (A)   Be state-certified to perform such emergency medical ambulance service.
   (B)   Have state-certified ambulances.
   (C)   Respond with a paramedic and emergency medical technician capable of providing advanced life support.
   (D)   Operate under the authority of a supervising hospital with approved life support protocol.
      (1)   The supervising hospital must be operating within LaPorte County and must be licensed pursuant to I.C. 16-21-2 et seq.; and
      (2)   Be certified by the Indiana Emergency Medical Service Commissions to supervise a paramedic and emergency medical technician.
