(A) Volunteers may be used when needed, with the understanding that there shall be no pay or compensation of any kind for their services.
(B) Volunteer workers are not covered under the county’s workers compensation policy.
(C) Volunteer workers shall sign a waiver releasing the county of any liabilities or responsibility for any accidents or incidents occurring while performing or as a result of performing volunteer service.
