913.99 CRIMINAL PENALTY.

Any person that has violated or continues to violate this chapter shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be deemed guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor subject to thirty days jail and a maximum fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
