795.07 ADVERTISING; SIGNS.

(1) One sign permitted. One sign of not more than nine square fee shall be permitted to be displayed on the property of the residence where the garage sale is being conducted.

(2) No lighted signs. No lighted signs shall be used.

(b) No signs shall be placed on the public right of way or on property other than where the sale is being conducted.

(c) Permitted signs shall be displayed only during the sale and shall promptly be removed after the sale.
