111.06 PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE AND CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   Not later than January 7th of each year in a new term of Council, Council shall hold an Organizational Meeting for the purposes of appointing a President pro tempore and a Clerk of Council. Any Council member may make a motion in this meeting to appoint individuals to these positions. Any such motion must be seconded and passed by a majority vote of Council.
