3-8-6: RULES AND REGULATIONS
   The Board shall have the power to prepare an application for Tax Increment Financing and create rules and regulations with regard to the application process under the supervision of the City Council of the City of Lanark. The Board shall periodically report to the City Council concerning its activities. (Ord. 993, 2-7-2023)
