3-8-1: ESTABLISHMENT
   There is hereby established the Lanark Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Board. The Tax Increment Financing Board shall consist of three (3) persons appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Lanark City Council. (Ord. 993, 2-7-2023)
