The "International Property Maintenance Code", 2018 edition, as published by the International Code Council (ICC), is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Lanark. Future updates of the International Property Maintenance Code shall be automatically adopted by the City of Lanark, following the review and acceptance by the Lanark Zoning Officer with notice given to the Lanark City Council of the updated Code and any revisions applied thereto by the Lanark Zoning Officer.
