6-7-9: PAYMENT OF FEE
   The fee for garbage collection shall be paid monthly when payment is made for the water and sewer services. Monthly payments must be received on or before the twentieth day of each month to avoid a late fee penalty.(Ord. 1009, 11-19-2024)
