Topping of trees is prohibited. All tree contractors shall comply with the requirements and standards of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), at this time said standards being ANSI A300 and Z133. Said standards are hereby incorporated by reference and if said standards evolve in the future, the City shall by reference adopt said standards. (Ord. 956, 8-7-2018)
