5-1-19: FEEDING OF STRAY/FERAL ANIMALS IS PROHIBITED

Feeding of stray/feral animals is prohibited except as provided under the terms of this chapter. Feeding of birds and/or squirrels must be fed from a feeder at least three and one-half (3.5) feet above the ground. Bird seed and animal feed shall not be permitted to be placed on the ground and shall be considered a violation of the terms of this provision. (Ord. 972, 12-3-2019)
