It shall be unlawful for any owner, keeper or person having custody of animals/pets to exercise or let roam said animals/pets at any time on the public grounds of the Lanark city park or the Lanark city cemetery. Guide dogs for the blind or hearing impaired, support dogs for the physically handicapped and police owned dogs are exempt from the regulation of this section. (Ord. 972, 12-3-2019)
