In addition to the information required elsewhere in this title, development applications for towers, excluding amateur radio towers, shall include the following supplemental information:
A. A letter of intent committing the tower owner and their successors to allow the shared use of the tower if an additional user agrees in writing to meet reasonable terms and conditions for shared use.
B. A copy of the relevant portions of a signed lease which requires the applicant to remove the tower and associated facilities when they are abandoned, unused or become hazardous shall be submitted to the city. (Ord. 674, sec. 1, 7-17-2000)
