A. Signs: A nonconforming sign lawfully existing upon the effective date of this chapter shall be regulated in accordance with chapter 15 of this title.
B. Uses: When the principal use of land is legally nonconforming under chapter 15 of this title, all existing or proposed signs in conjunction with that land use shall be considered conforming if they are in compliance with the sign provisions for the most restrictive zoning district in which the principal use is allowed.
