3-5-11: DUTIES OF PERMITTEE:
   A.   A permittee hereunder shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances.
   B.   The parade or outdoor entertainment chairman or other person heading such activity shall carry the parade or outdoor entertainment permit upon his or her person during the conduct of the parade or outdoor entertainment. (Ord. 635, sec. 1, 8-17-1998)
