3-5-9: NOTICE OF DENIAL OF APPLICATION:
The Chief of Police shall act promptly upon a timely filed application for a parade or outdoor entertainment permit, but in no event shall grant or deny a permit less than forty eight (48) hours prior to the event. If the Chief of Police disapproves the application, the Chief shall notify the applicant at least forty eight (48) hours prior to the event and state the reasons for denial.
