3-4-11: ENFORCEMENT RESPONSIBILITY:
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require the city to undertake any responsibility for enforcing compliance with Minnesota statutes chapter 349 other than those provisions related to the issuance of premises permits as required in Minnesota statutes section 349.213 as may be amended from time to time.
