It is the subdivider's responsibility to install all required improvements except that the city reserves the right to elect to install all or any part of the improvements required under the provisions of this title pursuant to Minnesota statutes chapter 429, as amended 1 . If the city elects to install the improvements the city may require the developer to post a cash escrow or letter of credit guaranteeing payment of the assessments. (Ord. 673, sec. 1, 7-17-2000)
