There shall be no gambling in the city except as authorized pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota statutes chapter 349, and the rules adopted pursuant to the authority contained in the statutes. Gambling shall be operated in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this chapter, other applicable Lakeville city ordinances and state and federal laws and regulations.
