3-1-9-3: TERMS OF INSURANCE CERTIFICATE:
Certificates of insurance required by section 3-1-9-2 of this chapter shall provide that the city must be given ten (10) days' advance written notice of the cancellation of any insurance described in the certificate. (Ord. 306, sec. 1, 2-2-1987)
