8-2-5: STORAGE AND SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Any person storing, handling, using or in any way disposing of explosives covered by this chapter shall maintain minimum safety and security features of all permanent and temporary storage facilities in a manner prescribed by the rules and regulations of the Minnesota state fire marshal governing the storage, handling, use and transportation of blasting agents and explosives 1 . (Ord. 47, sec. 8, 1970)
