Operations permitted under this chapter shall not be conducted within:
A. Fifty feet (50') of an existing street or highway;
B. Thirty feet (30') of the right of way of an existing public utility;
C. Fifty feet (50') of the boundary of any zone where such operations are not permitted; or
D. Thirty feet (30') of the boundary of an adjoining property not in mining use; or as directed by the city council. (Ord. 375, sec. 1, 5-1-1989)
