A schedule of fees for the examination and approval of applications for permits under this chapter and the inspection of operations for compliance with the conditions of this chapter and the permit shall be determined by resolution of the city council, which may, from time to time, change such schedule. Prior to the approval and issuance or renewal of any permit under this chapter, such fees shall be paid to the city and deposited to the credit of the general fund. (Ord. 375, sec. 1, 5-1-1989)
