7-4-1: PURPOSE AND INTENT:
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the health, safety and welfare of the community and to establish reasonable uniform limitations, standards, safeguards and controls for excavation and mining within the city. (Ord. 375, sec. 1, 5-1-1989)
