7-2-4: EXEMPTION:
Law enforcement officials and state and local resource management personnel are exempt from the provisions of this chapter when acting in the performance of their official duties. (Ord. 91, sec. 7, 1976)
The city council may exempt civic and community events from the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 378, sec. 1, 5-15-1989)
