A. Alcoholic Beverages Prohibited: No person may possess or consume alcoholic beverages within city parks, except for beer and wine. (Ord. 908, 6-3-2013)
B. Glass Containers Prohibited: Glass containers are prohibited in city parks. (Ord. 443, sec. 1, 8-5-1991)
C. Special Event Permit: The sale of beer and wine in a city park is prohibited unless a special event permit is issued by the city authorizing the sale in the city park and the sale is by a person holding the required license issued under title 3 of this code, or a licensed caterer, or the Lakeville municipal liquor store.
