7-1-4-3: INJURE TREES, GROUND COVER:
It shall be unlawful to remove, cut or otherwise deface any tree or ground cover within any city park without permission from the park and recreation director or the city council. (Ord. 60, sec. 11, 9-5-1972; amd. 1980 Code)
