7-1-4-1: DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS 1 :
It shall be unlawful for any person to use, fire or discharge a firearm within any city park, including, but not limited to, paint pistols and firearms that use a CO2 propellant. (Ord. 412, sec. 2, 5-21-1990)
