It is unlawful for any person to be in any city park after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M. with the following exceptions:
A. When camping in an area designated for such purposes;
B. When participating in an activity for which a permit has been granted by the city; and (Ord. 491, sec. 1, 3-15-1993)
C. Aronson Park may be open to the public between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. (Ord. 524, sec. 1, 5-16-1994)
