6-1-8: MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVERS UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE:
   A.   No person shall drive, operate or be in physical control of any motor vehicle upon a public highway or upon the ice of any lake, stream or river:
      1.   When the person is under the influence of alcohol;
      2.   When the person is under the influence of a controlled substance, as defined in Minnesota statutes section 152.01, subsection 4;
      3.   When the person is under the influence of a combination of any two (2) or more of the elements named in subsections A1, A2 and A6 of this section;
      4.   When the person's alcohol concentration is 0.10 or more;
      5.   When the person's alcohol concentration as measured within two (2) hours of the time of driving is 0.10 or more; or
      6.   When the person is knowingly under the influence of any chemical compound or combination of chemical compounds that is listed as a hazardous substance in rules adopted under Minnesota statutes section 182.655 and that affects the nervous system, brain or muscles of the person so as to substantially impair the person's ability to drive or operate the motor vehicle.
