Pursuant to the laws of Minnesota (1982) chapter 526, section 9, the city council of Lakeville is empowered to set and enforce in mobile parks a speed limit which is higher than ten (10) miles per hour, but which is not higher than thirty (30) miles per hour.
Upon the erection of appropriate signs by the park owner at the park owner's expense, no person shall drive a vehicle within a mobile home park in excess of the following limits:
A. The Ardmor Mobile Home Park: Twenty (20) miles per hour.
B. The Queen Ann Mobile Home Park: Ten (10) miles per hour.
C. The Connolly Mobile Home Park: Ten (10) miles per hour.
D. The Countryview Mobile Home Park: Twenty (20) miles per hour. (Ord. 206, sec. 1, 7-19-1982, eff. 8-1-1982)
E. The North Creek Mobile Home Park: Twenty (20) miles per hour. (Ord. 407, sec. 1, 4-2-1990)
The speed limits set herein shall be enforced in the same manner as other speed limits throughout the city. (Ord. 206, sec. 1, 7-19-1982, eff. 8-1-1982)
