6-1-3: KEYS IN IGNITION:
No person shall leave a motor vehicle parked on the public streets in the city with the key in the ignition. No owner or operator of a used car lot shall leave the key in the ignition of any automobile in a used car lot when an attendant is not on duty. (Ord. 31, sec. 8, 4-5-1968)
