5-8-5: PENALTIES:
   A.   Any person who violates section 5-8-4 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days or both.
   B.   A separate violation occurs each day that a violation hereunder continues. (Ord. 161, 4-21-1980)
